Courtsmartial him. If found guilty, strip his rank and honors before busting him down to private. Then send him to the MDB in Leavenworth for a year before a handing him a Dishonorable Discharge. Disgraced, incarcerated, discharged dishonorably, and full forfeiture of his entire military pension would be the MINIMUM appropriate punishment for his treason and mutiny.

I would also tell him that if he even MENTIONS his military service, wears a uniform, or does anything else connected to his service, he'll be recalled to duty and courtsmartialed again for conduct unbecoming.

Damn right. He not only usurped presidential powers but he violated the law when he assumed command of the military. He has no statutory authority to enter the military chain of command. His is an advisory role only. See 10 USC section 163 and 152.

Another day, another bullshit thread about J6. If Milley ignored an order from the Commander in Chief, he gets court martialed. If he took control of the armed forces, that would be a military coup.
