Not that this is new information for most of us. But, now we have more information around what exactly happened and it is far worse than what was apparent on Jan 6th.

DC could give it a try and since the Biden DOJ won’t, maybe they will. It would not be a felony charge under federal law, but rather a misdemeanor under a city law. Yaw. As far as the GA thing, idk.

Security and protection of the President and Vice President and some other people IS the responsibility of the Secret Service and always has been.

Trump hasn't and never had jack sit to say about it one way or the other.

Good find. 10 years is a stiff penalty for a misdemeanor which probably explains why it can be substituted with a fine of $25,000. But it appears that theoretically incarceration is possible under DC law. So two options for incarcerating Trump on incitement charges: Biden DOJ and local DC prosecutors. Raise your hand if you think either will happen.
