US President Donald Trump's Twitter account is "permanently suspended... due to the risk of further incitement of violence", the company says.Twitter said the decision was made "after close review of recent Tweets from the @realDonaldTrump account".
It comes amid a Big Tech purge of the online platforms used by Mr Trump and his supporters.
Some lawmakers and celebrities have been calling for years on Twitter to ban Mr Trump.

My comments about Trump are also true: he is a disgrace to the presidency.
Can you imagine if Twitter had been around then? Or during the administration of quite a few other presidents. More than a few people would be in for a shock. The only 'dead' account would have been Coolidge's.
Apparently we've reached a point where 'appearing' presidential is considerably more important than actually leading the nation.

Where will they move? Civilized countries have more progressive taxation than we do. In third world countries they will experience dirt roads, dangerous drinking water, high crime rates, and corrupt and incompetent criminal justice systems. They will live in fortified compounds with their own electricity generators, their own water purification, and their private security. Also, we can pass laws forcing them to keep their wealth here. If they move their companies to other countries we can make them pay prohibitively high tariffs to sell their goods and services in the Unites States.

He's the strongest American to ever be elected President in modern times. Everything the Democrats accused Trump of, they themselves are guilty of. Biden is the head of a certified crime family.
