Even just assuming she's necessarily the one carrying that coffee at the beginning of the accident, depending on the stairs and the exact movements the coffee spill can be either completely self explanatory or totally ridiculous. But even ridiculous spill can be natural if the person failing on stairs send the coffee cup flying before grasping for support unsuccessfully, then falling down and rolling dead into the spill where the coffee cup landed moments before.

If you have ever thrown a full coffee cup you know the starting point, the spill and the remains of the cup can easily end up in three very different places depending on the type of knuckleball the throw was. Inertia is an amazing thing.

I don't think someone coming upon the body and spilling coffee in shock would be cited in a police report or by a medical examiner. And I don't even know if the detail about the coffee is true. I'm going off what others have said, not what I've seen from the ME myself.

It would certainly be weird if someone falling down stairs while carrying coffee would leave no coffee anywhere on the stairs.

But: I also don't believe this wasn't an accident, because despite what some hardcore Trump haters are saying on Twitter, I'm not sure what the incentive would be to kill Ivana (this is not to say Trump would never order someone to be murdered; like any New York builder, he's mob-connected with everything that implies). I'm mostly just having some fun at the expense of the "Clinton Body Count" crowd here.
