WARNING: there maybe discussions of the new season which many are not able to watch yet. Please be respectful and possibly indicate a spoiler alert at the beginning of your thoughts.

I enjoyed the premiere for this season. It had some good twist. I'm glad they deviated so much from the books since after reading the final book I will admit to being majorly disappointed in the ending of the series.

I thought the it's was meh. I was expecting a little more if a bang. I have to finish the series of books. I read the first 3.

It's going to be a great season, the premier had it all, covered all the bases and then some! Love this show!

Have you seen Hemlock Grove? His brother was in it... personally I find Eric much hotter.

I thought that too, but then I thought about it and then said well they made their own sookie world and I like it. It all started when they didn't kill Lafayette. But I love him

Things will always deviate. Look at Game if Thrones, Harry Potter, Lord if the Rings. However the Show is hot in its own right so my vote in this instance is for the show!

So far GoT is pretty accurate. From what I can remember anyway. I'm waiting for it to deviate.

But yes, True Blood is hot in it's own right. So I'm all for it.

It disappoints me to a certain degree that I or any of us that have read the book series will never get to see out some of the fantastic scenes like the Pyramid Hotel, Vamp War in Louisiana etc..or Quinn and Sam teaming up during the vamp war
