Hate to burst his bubble but they are not baked. And bacon is fat with a bit of meat in it. Pork rinds are pig skin. You know, the part that stays dirty and covered in pig s---. And they use the soft parts of the body skin to make them. Like around their bellies, haunches, and the underside of the jaw.
