Where did everybody go??

RL has gotten in the way of my TC time again Doing my internship at a print shop and finding a world of difference between the classroom and the real world. Midterms are in 2 weeks Best of all Fall has started inching it's way down the the edge of nowhere We are expected to have lows in the upper 60s for the next few days and Saturday's high is predicted to be in the mid 80s Hardly sweater weather but at least it is comfortable.

Sometimes real life can be an ever loving pain ....

I haven't been here in 3 weeks ... but I have been working. Our yearly security audit is the first two weeks of October (and since the security of our networks is a matter of a contractual agreement with the US Gov't it's actually taken pretty seriously ... it's been a little hectic

Thank you for all the birthday wishes. I have to admit this year was the best 29th birthday I've ever had (given the number of times I've practiced, it should go pretty smoothly by now (other than the remarks about gray hair and even worse, receding hair) ... but I came up with a proper antidote ...

I haven't had a haircut this year ... and I must admit that some days it makes me look like a pygmy yeti ...

We just celebrated another anniversary! We usually celebrate the day we met in person and the day she arrived to share her life forever. This year has been pretty special,our fifth anniversary of living together. I confess Im still soooooo
in love!

This month I get to meet my in laws to be for the first time. WE are flying to arizonia at the end of the month to spend the week. I confess Im a little scared
meeting new people that are going to be an intergal part of my life!

I confess to having taken the entire weekend for myself. It started Friday when I couldn't get into see my hairdresser and went some place else. 3 hours later I had a total new look, and it went from there. I shopped, saw a couple of movies and slept. It's now Monday morning and yep, I'm behind in the work, but I feel sooooooo much better!!! I must remember to do this more often
