I've just made some good observations this week and offered some keen insight, I guess.

Last night happened totally out of the blue - have never seenhim before. LOL, guess I'm easy

The teething is so frustrating. Baby bites, I yelp and push him away. He cries, he doesn't understand. I cry, I didn't mean to upset him.

It's not suposed to be like this.

My sis said the same thing....she's on her third...and last.... I, on the other hand didn't have the pleasure past the first week...I didn't produce enough to breast feed...

Yeah - I struggled with the supply thing too. In fact the whole thing has been a struggle, BUT I would do it again in a heartbeat.

*had a WONDERFUL phone conversation with NG earlier! She is soo awesome! Love ya girlie!!

Red...you are doing the right thing though. If he bites, you must push him away. he will cry but then let him reattach to nurse. but each time he is too hard, you must be consistent and push away and tell him no. he will soon understand. dont feel guilty. you are teaching him during a very intimate moment between mother and child. i breastfed my babies too. got easier with each child. was able to nurse for longer amounts of time too. you are doing just fine darlin. dont beat yourself up.

Yeah, I know. This morning was just a little much, but I have already been in touch with my La Leache leader for support. We have gotten this far (14mths), we will get through this too.

Just an FYI,
There is a web site Breastfeeding.com which serves to promote breastfeeding and it has lots of good advice and may offer some suggestions that may help.

Just want to ease your pain. Not to mention I am thirsty and it would fulfill a long time fantasy of mine.
