News From Sortacurious!!!!!!

Hey everybody!!!!!

She has been having a wonderful time. She ask me to let you all know how she was and what she has been up to. Here is a part of her note to me:

I just read the confessions thread and saw that you let them know I was ok. Thank you--I appreciate that so much. If you get a chance and feel like it, could you pass on that I'm safe, sound, and working through it all????

I spent a couple serene days in solitude with a day of hiking on Friday (at least I think it was Fri.) and then ended up down here with family.
Spent Father's Day with my dad which was really great. So in another couple days I'll leave and enjoy the isolation and peace for a little while longer. Hopefully some more hiking will be included.
It felt so good to be surrounded by all that beauty and to let the rest of the world just slip away. Every step I took, the load I've carried on my shoulders for so long got lighter and lighter, until finally it felt like it was managable again. And by the end, the burdens seems to have disappeared, leaving just me and the trees and birds and ferns! Pure bliss!!!!!!
