Made it through the test. Actually there was a second thrown at me out of the blue, think that was more of a "just how bad are you" kinda thing. After listening to the prof in the lab, I'm not sure about this whole math thing. Ok, they calc 1 hour lecture equals 3 hours homework. On a weekly basis, my class is 3 hours, so lets add 9 hours of homework to the 3 hours spent in class....12 hours a week, so far. 1 hour closed lab, 1 hour open lab......brings the hours up to 14. And given my frustration level, lets add in another 4 hours a week for time spent with a tutor....that's 20 hours! I work full time and I'm a full time student......I'm not very good with this math stuff, but even I can figure out that this isn't going to work. The lab prof suggested the we do things like cut down on sleep, eating and working in order to find the time to devote to math. Am I the only one who is thinking this is a bit crazy?

I don't really know if blondes have more fun......I rather enjoy being a redhead!!!!

Hmmmmm well the 3hrs of homework to 1hr of class is the norm...but I think the cutting back sleep and eating is outta his mind...first and formost you need sleep in order to be able to function well enough to perform well in math. Even the Navy knows this [granted they don't always help make sure you get plenty of it heh] but either way...he's a lil bit outta his mind/

These particular profs happen to be women. And I agree about them being out of their minds. I am not cutting back on eating or sleeping.....hell I'm down to less than 6 hours a night as it is and hard pressed to tell you the last time I didn't eat at a desk doing either school work or job work. If I cut back on work, won't be able to afford tution and books, not to mention the price of gas. Most profs think their class is the only class you take, or at least the most important......I'm just gonna give the stuff my best shot and let the cards fall where they may.
