It's definitely not stuck in that position. Its moves back and forth quite easily.
And I do have pictures of it being effective lower. However, those pics are not for public consumption.

While I am here, a little confession is good for the soul.
*The past few days have been really shitty. I feel very stressed by work and some other passing life circumstances which resulted in me having a private mini-meltdown at work yesterday. Luckily, I was with a friend when I let loose some tears. I was still embarrassed. Not professional at all.
*That day was capped off by my boss doing something completely inappropriate which resulted in a heated argument via email last night for two hours while she tried to justify her actions. I am still waiting for an apology. Today my mantra was "Bring it up, bitch" because I was ready. She could not look me in the eye today.
*I record a monthly podcast at work. I created the program and conduct the interviews with different experts. Well, its torture for me. I hate my voice on playback and because of the nature of who I interview, I feel very intimidated at times. Well today I saw some feedback on a public forum about my podcasts that was extremely positive. I am thrilled! (They like me, they like me!! errr...I mean they like the podcast, they like the podcasts...). It reinforces why I do what I do and that is very gratifying.
*I need to bring my sexy back. I haven't felt sexy in a long time. Maybe its time for some new pictures.
