A little bummed tonight Randy. Seems someone objected to my new thread. They sent me a pm telling me I should stop attacking peoples beliefs. Said I was disrupting peoples lives with that kind of talk. Didn't even have the nerve to use their own lit nic. Started one just to say that to me. I know they did because it only had one post to it. Really upset me. I almost left because of it.

If their beliefs cannot stand the light of critical thinking ... then their beliefs are not worth the time they spent to think them.

Hi all. Just passing through on my way to bed. I get a whole day to myself on Wed. WooHoo. My boyfriend will be out of town at his mother's all day and my best friend is spending the day with her boyfriend who has the day off tomorrow and I don't work or have any doctor's appointments. I am just going to do a few loads of laundry. Take a nice long hot bath, maybe read a book but for sure I am going to get on here and catch up with people.

*Since breaking up with my girlfriend Heather I have not been out on a date.
*There is a very pretty girl I work with who I would love to ask out, but I can't quite work up the courage.
*Also, she is 35 and I am 22. While I don't have a problem with her being older, I am a bit afraid she might be.
*Up until yesterday I thought she was 25...we were talking about when she bought her Saxaphone and she said 1980...and my jaw dropped. I said, "So...that would make you older than 23 huh?...How old are you?"
"How old do you think I am?" she asked.
"24, 25?"
"Oh honey, you are my new favorite person. I'm 35!"
*She is one of the cuties girls I know, and a very good dancer.
*I have always wanted to date a dancer...they are very bendy.

Thanks SS...I'll think about it. Who knows, she might already have a boyfriend...I haven't been able to really chat her up on that subject yet...everytime we start heading toward that route in conversation I have to go take care of a lighting problem or do something for another of the actors...they are such demanding creatures.
And try and enjoy Detroit...it isn't that bad. Ok, yes it is.
