*Feeling pretty "girlie" today!

*just painted my fingernails and toenails in a pretty coral color

*is still bummed about the pedicure but hey, its just a pedicure!

*still have a headache. nothing is getting rid of it.

*considered going to ER to get a shot of demarol or something

*really really really really really (you get the point) excited about tomorrow and the whole weekend!

*thanks to all my friends that posted well wishes on the boards and in PMs. Your strength and positive attitude has helped me very much.

*never ever thought about tattooing my body...but have recently reconsidered!!!!

*knows exactly what I want just figuring out where to put it and the design

*my mom would shoot me. so would my mother in law. but i get this insane thrill out of imganing their reactions

Happy 4th of July all!

*just woke up, enjoyed sleeping in sooooo much this morning

*was very, very bad in such a good, good way last night and several times this morning *eg*

*made out like a teenager in the back of my new car last night

*honestly dont feel like doing much today

*have an invite to a barbeque, would prefer to drive out to the canyon to watch fireworks

*has thought a lot about Sept. 11th and the WTC much more recently, images still makes me weep

*feels entirely too lucky to have not lost my friend who worked in one of the towers

*many of my friends in NYC lost loved ones

*used to pass through the one of the towers everyday for over a year to catch PATH train to NJ for work -- its surreal to me they are not standing anymore

*need to clean my house desparately, havent done anything all week with it (my anal retentiveness is kicking in!!!)

*so happy to hear that SE is feeling so much better today!

*hopes everyone at Lit has a very Happy 4th!!!

I snuck off from family to log on to Lit.

My family drives me crazy.

I think Nastygirl is very cute and pretty and I am very happy she sent me her picture! (I think she is even more beautiful now, if thats possible!)

I am happy that Nastygirl had some much deserved fun last night, but I wish I was the man making out with her in the back seat of her car.

I am going out of the country for 2 weeks for business and I am not looking forward to it.

I do not like my profession very much. It does not make me happy anymore.

I wish I could radically change my life.

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - A shooting involving "multiple victims" was reported at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) on Thursday, fire department officials said.

A fire department spokesman told Reuters: "There has been a multiple victim shooting at LAX." The spokesman said reports were still unclear and he had no details.

Police had no immediate details saying they were making urgent checks with airport officials.

News of the shooting came as U.S. cities were on high alert for possible attacks as Americans celebrate Independence Day.

its hard not to be steve. i know it is safer, but i just had this sick feeling last night. sortacurious can vouch for how nervous i was. i could not sleep and was just so sick..and look what happened! i am so afraid that my fears will be with me until i land back here next tuesday. your thoughts are very comforting though and much appreciated.

I just dont understand why people have to cause so much trouble and hurt and tragedy all the time. this makes me ill.
