Does anyone else have this or a problem like it.

I get sodden attacks where I can't breath in... I have to force myself and it hurts going in, and takes me 3 times longer to breath in.

I will also at that point start to breath out before done inhaling.

what do you do about this?

Just happened to me a few mintues ago.

I'm still trying to catch my breath.

I'm pretty sure I know what triggered it.

Assuming you are serious, it might be call asthma. In any event check with an M.D. They took my license away after a nasty incident involving a breat job and power tools.

lol I"m geing checked for 'everything' right now. you know that :)

this don't happen often mabey once every 2 week and only for 5-10 mins

it still could be asthma you should mention it to the doctors incase sometimes people can get asthma mild and it can go away again with treatment a friend of mine had that just one summer

I used to have something simliar and occaisonally it still happens. It would hurt like hell breathing in and I was forced to breathe really shallow. I went to a doctor and he twisted me all crazy till I felt something pop and it hurt like hell...he said most likely one of my ribs was slightly out of place or my diaphragm was so when I breathed in it would expand and push up into my rib. He said it was pretty common. He told me to roll my shoulders in circles and twist my body around stretching my upper torso once a day.

This was just my experience you should go see a doctor.

It could be asthma or a panic attack....either of the two or maybe that diaphram rib thing..JMO
