Trolls and poo and sex manics! Oh my!

Hello everyone, today is my thrid live day on the boards and everyone has been super nice...but I've got some warnings and am asking your expert advice:

What are Trolls? How to I tell them apart from normal people? What's the best way to handle them?

And I've also been warned about stepping in the poo, but I figure that one I'll just have to learn on my own!

I don't chose sides, other than my own, so if two (or more) of you lovely people are fighting, please don't ask me to chose sides or anything silly like that. I work in daycare and we stress getting along. and make up. lol.

trolls are generally nasty pieces of work. Talk to them, trust them and listen to them not. There's no point.

Unless you're insulting them, or takingthe piss.

They're pretty easy to spot, usually

So far......I don't think I am a troll. *sniffs armpits*..nope.

"Troll" used to mean someone who said inflamatory or stupid things in order to drawn "flames" or insulting responses. Like trolling for fish, cruising around waiting for someone to bite. The water here is very good for trolling, I hear.

Now, I take it to mean anyone who just flames a lot and is unpopular (maybe.)
