Wow, what a tough sentence for Paul Manafort, who has represented Ronald Reagan, Bob Dole and many other top political people and campaigns. Didn’t know Manafort was the head of the Mob. What about Comey and Crooked Hillary and all of the others? Very unfair!

Oh yeah, "Pardons for offenses against the United States." We know those accepting pardons are felons. Nixon admitted high crimes by taking Ford's buyout. The innocent are not pardoned. Pardons usually follow convictions and some time served. Nothing is usual here. Will Tromp pardon all his criminal minions? How will a Gup congress bother to react?
I suspect Tromp could (and would like to) shoot Pelosi and Shumer in public on Capitol Hill, federal offenses, and pardon himself, sure. Can't do that on NYC's 5th Ave because state laws, not federal. The Gup congress owns DC so Cadet Bonespurs could get away with it, right? Or could the city bust him for littering?
