Well, my own two cents...or maybe two dollars is the modern equivalent?


I was born transgendered. I identify as a woman. Given the instant option of complete reproductive functioning as a woman I would chose it in a second. But I am also a gay woman and through my own growth as an individual. I have discovered that I can indeed live and love and flourish with the penis I was born with. It may not be ideal. It may make some things more difficult. But it is my flesh and the balance of being in me allows for it to exist as something feminine and something beautiful. Something that is my own.

I never would have expected this 8 years ago. I know it is not the case for many transgendered people. It is not their truth (I don't think losing any special status or fetish label would bother most). But the basics of "heterosexual" intercourse is quite beautiful and brilliantly created....and given the above ache to be a mother and to have children, I am happy to be as I am. Of course I was blessed with an easier transition than some were.

There is always a want to be penetrated. Something deep and honest. Fortunately there is a built in option for that!
