Story idea that popped into my head last night. A guy gets a sex change and transforms into a hot woman. She matches with her high school bully on tinder which she hoped because she has a bit of revenge in mind. Now the next part is where I'm not sure how to go.

So the first scenario: once the high school bully finds out she has a dick, she reveals she was the kid he used to bully before raping him.

Or the second scenario: once the high school bully finds out she has a dick he's all willing to go, then at the end when they're getting dressed she reveals that she was the kid who he bullied.

So, should the reveal come before the sex or after?

Hello,

I find your first idea somewhat illogical. (why is he suddenly physically able to face his bully after the sex change)?

Idea 2 sounds promising. you could let the bully fidget a bit, make him beg to get it, only to find out in the end who his partner is. She has the whole thing on video, of course, and can now really blackmail the bully into humiliating himself.

Alternative to idea 1: the transgender now has the necessary relationships. He first ensures an involuntary (partial) sex change of the bully, then the rest follows.

.....So, should the reveal come before the sex or after?

Both. First, they have a wild session with the bully kept in the dark, thinking everything is great. Then, the reveal, followed by the revenge sex.

Well the sex change isn't predicated on the want of revenge. The coincidental matching of her HS bully is too good to pass up. And also as for most people as an adult it's easier to confront people from your past who might have mistreated you. So, while a sex change wouldn't suddenly make someone be able to face their HS bully, being an adult away from the pressure of the social system of HS will.

Ohhh, so yes I like this. Perhaps the bully is strictly a "no butt" kinda guy. He'll fuck and be sucked all he likes but he won't ever let his butthole be penetrated. After the wild session of fucking it's revealed and she then turns the tables and fucks him despite his assertions.

On their date, she teases him making sure he is full of lust by the time she takes him home. Once home she says she likes some rough play which of course excites him even more, but then confuses him when she manages to handcuff him to the bed. Only, he is trying to figure out why she handcuffed him while laying on his stomach...

It seems like most "sex change" (using that in the broadest possible terms) stories involve some guy who wasn't that much of a man getting transformed into a sissy slut type. Everybody has their fantasies, right? But that isn't mine.

What I would love to see is a nerdy loser guy transforming into a hot woman who appreciates what her new-found hotness can do for her -- and now her attitude is that nerdy guys who attract the attention of bullies deserve what they get - and that bullies (being Alphas) deserve to have fun doing it to them. So instead of revenge on her former bully, she now understands and teams up with him to bully others. In high school it was wedgies and swirlies and the occasional torn clothing or black eye, but as adults the stakes (and rewards) are much higher.

I Like it!

How about she finds him on Tinder and starts talking about him to her friends, while they home drink, then he matches with her, when she sees that, they egg her to match back to get revenge. They get him hyped up, eventually invite him over, start teasing him sexually, getting him drunk, having him whip his dick out as they look and stroke him, getting his hopes up. She takes her top off, lets him play with her tits and what not, but nothing below the waste. Once they think he's drunk enough, they get him laying down, or bent over, what have you, asking how bad he wants to fuck her until he's begging for it(consensual non-con fo Lit legality purposes), she undresses completely, as they strip him down and climb on him rubbing him(holding) him down, she mounts him and takes her time.

Guy is so drunk he can't do much but take it as they record and take pictures, and laugh every time he has an orgasm. She dumps half her load in him, the rest on his face after they turn him around. He starts demanding answers, to which they remind him, he was literally begging to have sex with her. Finally she tells him with his real name that she wanted to fuck him like he used to fuck her socially all throughout high school. After revealing who she used to be, telling him his ass felt good around her dick, they pushed him out the door, throwing his clothes at him. A few days later he contacts her saying how he had changes and they're adults now, that he thought about what happened that night and wants to try to date her, that he never thought he'd enjoy and cum from being fucked, how gorgeous she is and blah, so she agrees to a date. They go out, he's a complete gentleman, she offers sex, which he accepts, he lets her top him again and just gets fucked and a handjob. He contacts her again and she explains that he was just a bootycall because she needes to get laid, and hangs up on him, blocking his nimber and unmatching him on Tinder.

A bit on the short and thin side, Stanley Nebbish wasn't the prime physical specimen. Unrequited but undaunted, he carried the books of -- and a flame for -- Gloria Hottbottom throughout his first two years of college.

One evening while Gloria was spending the night with a rather more hunky junior lacrosse player, a heartbroken Stanley happened into a Chinatown restaurant and -- shamelessly stealing the plot of the 2003 movie ‘Freaky Friday’ -- met restaurateur Lucille Soong. Her magical fortune cookie transformed him into Lotta Payne, the captain of Hudson University’s Women's Intercollegiate Wrestling Team.

In the coming days and weeks Stanley -- now reborn as Lotta -- gets close to and seduces Gloria. Gloria for her part discovers that if you go slow, with plenty of foreplay and enough lube, there is no such thing as “too big of a dildo.” And that having your lover read to you the unabridged works of Sappho -- as you lie naked on your bed, your wrists and ankle cuffs securely clipped to your bicep and thigh bands -- is actually quite a bit of fun.

... and consequently doesn't have a dick. Sorry. You might do a bit of reading?

Gosh, that throws off the rhythm of the story! Anyway, the TG nebbish Neville (now Neva) still has more muscle mass than born-women his/her size. Let's have the transformation include a desire for even greater strength. Now Neva is a prime athlete, more than able to deal with old bullies, who really are weak sots she subdues with a strap-on. Justice is sweet.

To be honest, the whole deal just feels a little transphobic, or at the very least reinforcing some weird stereotypes about trans women.

Exactly which part feels a little transphobic? The original idea?

A lot of it, really. It just feels like it plays into the idea that trans women are trying to 'trick' straight cis guys, or coerce them, or whatever.
My best barometer for when I'm writing about groups that I'm not a part of (and I guess I'm kind of assuming you're not a trans woman) is 'how would I feel if a person who is part of that group were reading this?' ... and really, it's a good idea to assume that will actually happen.

Thank you for your feedback. You're right, I'm not a trans woman. Obviously I wasn't going for any malicious or stereotyping slant. I apologize to anyone who read the OP and felt offened. I appreciate anyone who takes the time to comment, share ideas, and of course concerns. Perhaps the idea of a trans woman getting revenge on her old HS bully isn't the best, but I know the Lit community is fairly receptive and is willing to hear most story ideas. Of course we're striving to come up with good and at times unique ideas, but if an idea, perhaps like this is offensive to a certain group then, yes, it's best to let the poster know.

I'm not entirely sure it IS offensive ... it just seems possible. And no, I didn't think you were intending to be malicious at all - I can see how the germ of this idea seems viable.

I had similar feelings about this one, TBH. The "trap" stereotype (trans woman tricks guys into sex by not revealing she's trans) feeds into a lot of violence against trans women. It's a bit like if I were writing a Jewish banker who secretly manipulates world politics: there's a lot of really unpleasant background to it.

I think the OP's second version still has plenty of potential for a good enemies-to-lovers story there. That "you used to bully me" twist doesn't have the same baggage attached. You'd need to do a bit of work to justify why she's making herself vulnerable to a guy who used to bully her, but that's story fodder - maybe she gives him the cold shoulder until she can see by his actions that he's not the asshole he used to be, and then tells him "okay, but you should know I'm trans" before things go further.

I think this story can be told in a way that's interesting and not transphobic, but it's tricky. It's going to be an interesting story to write.

It's a more interesting story if BOTH characters have a learning arc. Presumably the narrator/protagonist is the trans character, and the POV character. The bully is the antagonist/other character.

It's a more interesting and less problematic story if the protagonist (P) reveals the trans identity first, and the bully (B) relationship later.

The story starts where they encounter one another and there's attraction, and then P realizes who B is and concocts a plan of revenge. But over the course of the relationship P changes, and gives up revenge, and B changes, and learns to appreciate P for who she is AND atones for the bullying after it's discovered. Both characters grow. It's going to be a challenge to write well but it could be a good story. And definitely erotic.

Are you saying a trans woman can't have a dick? That's pretty narrow-minded of you. My understanding is that many trans women choose to keep their dick. Can't say that I blame them.

No, I'm not saying that at all, but when the OP includes the sentence "A guy gets a sex change and transforms into a hot woman", that fairly strongly implies that the person involved is post-operative. I'm not sure what else 'gets a sex change' (not a phrase I'd ever use, by the way) would really mean?

Bob gets a sex change.

Bob (Monday night): Can we have sex?
Bob's wife: Not tonight, dear.
Bob (Tuesday night): Can we please have sex?
Bob's wife: Not tonight, dear.
Bob (Wednesday night): Can we have sex tonight, honey?
Bob's wife: Not tonight, dear.
Bob (Thursday night): Can we have sex, it would be nice?
Bob's wife: No, not tonight, dear.
Bob (Friday night): Can we have sex?
Bob's wife: Okay, dear.

None --> Some = Change. :D

Transistioning from man to.woman or vice versa is technically a sex change. The op didn't say sex change surgery, ala SRS. "Sex change" is sometimes used in place of transistion. Or used to be used, anyway. As far as it sounding transphobic... I mean... well... pffttt. If it is it is, so are the various stories calling them trannies and shemales. It's not like there aren't transwomen who do it, anyway. Obviously somebody is gonna be offended nomatter how it's written, more pragmatic minds, or those that don't care, won't see it that way if it isn't written maliciously.

I was told on the WP forums that my idea for a WP story sounded transphobic because it was about a guy and a girl getting in an incident that caused them to merge(like DC's Firestorm) but permanate, and they would be a mixed transwoman. I didn't give no fucks and got two chapters in before I couldn't make it make sense.

If OP is too scared to write it now, I'll write it, I been needing another trans story to write. I bet most of the ones who do it are those wannabe woke sanctimonious twitter transwoman who think a real 100% straight man should be willing to date them because they are women and it's transphobic to not want to, while calling the guys who do like them and would date them; tranny-chasers. One which wrote verbatim; "...if black women can be women, then so can we." So who cares if that bunch gets offended. They won't see it unless it ends up on twitter anyway.
