Is there a setting or way (besides writing down the stories I have commented on) that will allow me to track the comments I have made on the stories I have read? I have replied to quite a few and want to see if the authors have replied to any of my comments. I guess I could add any story I comment on as a favorite, but that will not do exactly what I am looking for. Is it possible to get an email alert if a particular story has been updated?

No, and no.

Going back to see if a comment is replied to is down to you.

If a story gets updated, it's not treated as a new story, just the text in the dataset changes, but only the author gets notified of that. Unless the author says, "I've edited this story," nobody knows there's even been an edit.

No - to a comment tracker, but I had the same thought in the past, and wish there was.

As for being updated, do you mean new parts being added, or a re-write? Yes to the first, if you follow the author, but, as was said above, re-writes don't get shown.

Go to the home page of your user control panel.** Under where it says "All Activity" there are two other options: "Works Activity" and "My Activity". Clicking on "My Activity" brings up exactly the list you are looking for: a chronological list of all the stories you've published and all the stories you've commented on. You can click on a story to go right to its comments. This is very handy for checking to see if anyone else has responded to a comment you've left, or just to check back in on what other people have said about a story you've enjoyed. Of course this only works for comments you've posted under your own user name, not for ones you've posted anonymously.

** Just to be perfectly clear: If you start at https://www.literotica.com/stories/ you can click "Login" at the top of the page to log in. Then the page will say "You are logged in as User Name". Click on your User Name to go to the home page of your user control panel.

I wish there was something like these, but even more that there would be an option to tag someone in the comment and that person would receive notification.
