The main character is either an alpha male or a horrible boss type who belittles his employees. He enjoys being dominated and humiliated by his Dominatrix. So I picture the story going either two ways: of how he got to this point in his life or it's a fly on the wall story consisting of different episodes of domination and humiliation. Just kicking this idea around to see if I can get to a point where I want to write it.

An ambush. He's a terrible asshole used that nearly every girl goes all out for him anyway for his status and cash. He's like juggling three concubines constantly, but still jumping at each new conquest for the short thrill of it. So, the new pretty face secretary or whomever turns out to be a dominatrix in play and puts him in his place, and he's loving every moment of it and can't get enough. And that becomes his new main thing. She later bring one or more of his previous concubines in play too, as her slaves too, but still above him when they play. Turns out the women found the domme for him and maneuvered her to be hired. Even his investors are happier.
