Totally OT thingy. How do you like your chilli?

Super spicy with diced green onions, sharp cheddar cheese and a tiny smidge of sour cream. Sweet cornbread on the side is a must.


Anyone eat it over pasta or rice? I have had what was called Chicago Chilli, over spagetti noodles with various toppings.

In the right mood, i like chili over rice or pasta. Over rice, i add salsa and sour cream. Over pasta, i add cheese.

LOL Silly me. I tend to avoid reading the small print, cause I gotta get my face two inches from the screen, and squint. I need new bifocals.

I do the rice thing sometimes, or elbow macroni. But then it becomes sort of a goulash sort of thing. Which is also good, but it's not quite chilli.
