I was advised 6 weeks of healing time!
for such a itty bitty hole in such a sensitive place its seems a little Loonggggggggggg
I have a stainless steel one cup measure that I am using... it forms a seal 'right there' I soak for a minute then tilt it away and carefully use my Clean fingers to rotate the ring/ball and get any little cruddies off of it... then soak for another 3-5 minutes....three times a day
They told me absolutely use nothing else except maybe dial or soft soap in the shower...and that for extremely limited contact (less than 30 seconds)

Since women and men naturally heal VERY fast in the wet places... the salt water is the best remedy
Oh - and either wear a guaze pad over it or a pair of cotton undies... since I only wear cotton undies, if I wear them at all, that works for me.

Another tip is to never, ever get cheap jewelry. Stuff that has plating that flakes or is uneven at the microscopic level can promote massive infections. Going for 14K gold is usually a good idea because it won't flake off and takes a very smooth finish because of the density. (It also looks very good against all the pinks and reds.)

Well I can say i am not having mini orgasms just from walking But they ones I do have are much quicker and more intense in building than ever before.

Salt water and the ocean water were incredible in helping the piercing heal really fast.

It was a blast experimenting with various techniques!

I would have to say yes and no....

According to my sis... hers is like have a 9 volt battery on all the time down there....

In my studies since it has healed.... I would have to say it makes it a swifter reaction to physical manipulation...
As far as doing the old poke routine again the first few times was really sensitive and just a little freaky in sensations.... But now its hardly noticible unless you are deliberating manipulating it. It does make oral a better proposition, especially since the hoop and balls lay right on that particular nerve guiding in the blind with amazing accuracy. Hehehe.... Fingers and directed vibrating toys send me through the roof in just a few minutes instead of twenty or more.... heheheh.... So, it really doesn't hurt? Having fought the UTI wars all summer, I am very wary of any kind of pain or irritation in that area...
