At the end of Top Gun:Maverick, Tom Cruise and his lady friend Penny fly off into the sunset in his two seat P-51. All well and good. But the last scene starts with Cruise, in his remote hangar, working on the P-51 engine with Rooster. He looks up from the engine to see Penny's daughter, then rises to see Penny. So, as Penny flys away, her daughter is left behind with Rooster, who is of course a low down dirty dog. They're totally gonna smash. The hangar is remote and there is no chance of the P-51 landing unnoticed. Plenty of time alone. And the thing is, Penny knows this because she runs a bar that caters to Top Gun low down dirty dogs.
