Too Late to Correct? (And a feedback request)

I'm having great fun with the story I've started putting on Literotica, and now I have questions about the posting process.

First and foremost: is it at all possible to edit a story once it has been posted? Is that something to contact a site admin about, or is there another pathway? I make sure I'm fairly happy with my stories before I put them out, but since they've gone live I've found a couple of minor errors that I'd love to fix. It's very small stuff in the grand scheme of things, but it drives me nuts.

(I strongly suspect that good grammar & mechanics alone can get a story a rating of 4 or higher :) )

Second: is there some page that describes the approval process for stories? The submission page says that it takes 3-4 days at the most, though the reality seems more like about a week. I'm not complaining, mind you; nobody's getting paid for this, so I still feel like it's a fast turnaround. I'd just like to know what to expect. I can see that "pending" posts still register numerous views... are there multiple people who review a post for approval?

Finally, if anyone's up for giving feedback on my stuff, I'd love to hear it. I've been very pleased with the reception so far. My story is a fairly lighthearted piece called "Angels, Demons and Alex." (I hate the title, but when I was ready to post, I just got too excited to sit on it until I came up with something better.) I put it in sci-fi/fantasy because while it's got demons and ooooh scary figures, it's not really a scary piece.

Thank you so much for your time!

Bashful -

Those stories are a LOT of fun and I'm looking forward to the continuing chapters. I love the tension as we discover Lorelei's conflicting nature and new status.

Just so you know, at some time or another many of us have changed the name of a character and missed an instance.

Thanks for a fun read!

You may, perhaps, mean one of two different things by posted.

If you mean, is it possible to edit a story after it's 'up' ? - i.e. after it's been approved and publicly posted - then the method is in the link sr71plt gave.

However, it's also possible - I've discovered - to edit a story while it's 'pending' - i.e. after you've submitted it but before it's been approved. In that case, you just click on the live blue 'pending' sign in the right-hand part of the story's submission box, and that takes you to the story as you submitted it. You then edit, preview and finally confirm the story submission as you did when you first submitted it.

There's a downside to this, however. The story then goes to the back of the queue, as a new submission, and will take 72 hours or so to be published.

(if, by the way, the story has already been approved but not posted yet, the 'pending' sign won't be 'live' any more, and you won't be able to edit in the way I've described.)

Thanks for the editing feedback. Not sure how I missed the FAQ instructions there, as I thought I'd read that page. I've submitted an edit for the most glaring mistakes. I'll probably get to doing another soon.

So, at this point, I'm just a regular old feedback & comment whore for my story.
