The Premise:

Due to a missed subway, Michael Brown, instead of going for cigars winds up in the Tony Ward-death sprint car race in the place of Tony Stewart.

Tony Stewart's private plane runs out of cigars; they land in Ferguson, where TS takes Micheal Brown's place walking down the street and encounters Policeman Wilson.
