Okay, my cat is SO LOUD when he grooms himself. All slurpy and smacking lips and crap--it's unbelievable. Sitting here at my computer, I keep thinking there's a makeout party going on behind me. Do you know how disconcerting that is?

On a completely different note, can anyone think of a compelling reason for me to study my biochemistry notes, other than the fact that I'm supposed to be basing a large chunk of my career on this information? I just can't seem to find the motivation.
