I used to like cigs with a man. I think it triggered happy memories with my granddad. He was a significant male in my life of the mostly, positive variety.
After 10 years with my abusive ex, I was done with that whole cig / man / good thing.
I truly dislike cig smoke now. I happen to absorb the smells all too easily.

I agree, the scent of smoke itself is nasty. But on a certain someone's breath I happen to find it sexy. Sexy as in diesel oil, leather, and rain sexy.
Oh, I love watching manga, hentai and such. Total turn on for me. I even have a copy of that Princess movie they advertize on here. But that is a little too mellow for me.
