whats your work out regime like ??

Hello there Mr. T. :)

Well, I currently do not have a regime as I go to class as and when.

It's usually 2 invert classes for an 1.5hours (learn new upside down tricks)
2 spinny classes (routines and spins, each an hour long of classes)
1 class of Aerial skills (trapeze, hoops and silk ropes)
1 hour class of Stretch and Flex...

..per week.

I do not teach the class, I participate as a student.

And yourself? Do you work out at all and if so, do you have a regime?

Ill try anything once ..........love to jog a few miles a week, sit ups press ups weights etc ......not sure Id be good at hanging upside down though lol

There's nothing to it, just bring that kid back in you, like playing on climbing frames at the park..etc.

Anything to keep your body moving is better that sitting there being a couch potato all day and maybe all night long. :D

I need to start on strength training by going to a regular gym...just need a motivator. ;):D

Of course, it's just a variation from another move I already know how to do. :)



I don't go to strip clubs....but I do love to watch someone pole dance. The body control is extremely erotic.. holding yourself in that position and getting your legs spread like that is very enticing to see..
