It looks like a Meyer lemon. But how could a Meyer lemon..or a bell pepper for that matter....grow when there is so much snow around? The moose has good taste. It must be imported...I bet it's organic too. Anyhoo....I think Alaska is cool

It's 44C/7C in Anchorage right now and that is not cold at all!

We are actually a bit chilly at -5F/-21C right now and you can easily grow bell peppers here in the summer.

Yeah, horrible trail conditions this year. I was bummed to read Scott Janssen had broken his leg, I just saw him at the big Bee as he sponsored it and gave the kids a very encouraging, upbeat speech.

I saw damage to some of the sleds. It never would have happened if the sleds were the old traditional ones.

I love this.

My uncle once told me the #1 cause of death of Bald Eagles in Alaska is drowning.

He said they hook their talons into fish too big, and can't get free of them.

Is that true?
