Even with those fat tires they are pushing their bikes. Is that snow just too hard to trudge through, thør?
 
There is a Russian running this year. Telpin. His dogs are not genetically Huskies...but a unique genetic variation from Chukotka. Huskies tend to overheat easily...will be interesting to see how these dogs withstand the warmth of this race.

Thanks for that, thør. Great pictures. I know of someone that went thru Alexander Creek, I believe at the beginning of winter, maybe? On her snow machine. Lost the sled, but thankfully she got out.
