Watched my old girl kitty be put in a plastic bag and then in a cardboard box. I gave her a pillow for her head and a little fuzzy mouse to accompany her.

Today I came home to find that a few days shy of one month since I notified the landlord of the need to fix part of the hallway ceiling due to a water leak from above, the contractors were here and started the process.

However, in typical private industry fashion, they left their air blower, running since I came home, without a note on how long I should keep it on.

So much for this months electric bill.
