Today I have started tearing apart my basement.

I'm going to replace a lot of the wiring so that receptacles have proper grounds.

I am also going to be installing a new boiler, which will provide me with on demand hot water, in-floor heating, conventional heating of course, it also has a built in HRV. The NTI Matrix, it's sick!

If I still have money left over I will be doing some solar panels.

Just to be safe I bought all new tools as well.

There won't be an issue if it's sized properly.

Most systems are designed for multiple appliances anyways, and for the price of this sucker it better blow me at the end of the day as well as run multiple hot water demands at the same time without fail.
