So far I have included....
Star Trek style 'tractor beam' built. ok its scottish but.. Scotty ?
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/science/science-news/9825165/Miniature-Star-Trek-style-tractor-beam-built.html
in a space vessel made from the thinest material...

The STEAM engines which drive the vessel are based on designs by Daniel Adamson (seanH will vouch for this guy)

I am now sourcing MFDOHO for the vessel.
Steven Hawking did cause a degree of false hope with his Blackhole research, so the quest is still on to find a launch method. At the moment, thanks to Hawkings pisstake it looks like a Montgolfier Bros hot air balloon may be used to launch individual part into space, or somewhere close by, for final assembly.
And some people doubted this as a concept!
