Wow. I've been here since June and I had no idea.
I've been wondering lately how I could possibly have a full PM box with only 3 or 4 undeleted messages in Sent and PM and nothing in Message Tracking.
Someone here in the AH mentioned to someone else the necessity of emptying messages "from the beginning." I didn't know what you meant. Just found out. The Encyclopaedia Brittanica of full PM boxes was in there, my friends.
This feels like the moment in "The Miracle Worker" when little Helen Keller feels water spilling over her hands and understands that water has a name.
I KNOW HOW TO EMPTY MY PM BOX!!!
It's as if the universe, and our place in it, finally makes perfect sense. I understand The Big Bang and what preceded it and what comes after.
I have seen the light.
Problem: I don't want to delete all of my old PMs without re-reading them. This could take days.
