There are many many many reasons a woman won't like to swallow. The only real way to find out is to ask her why.

For some girls it's the gag factor...if they aren't super into giving head in the first place the spasm shoot is probably the scary part at the end of a chore. If this is the case there isn't a ton you can do. The best thing you can do is to let her know how much it turns you on to give her oral and how much it turns you on to recieve oral for her. No reason to be confused. The taste of a woman is completely different than a man, and not every woman wants to swallow because of the fear of gagging or simply don't like the taste.
