God, you're quite the traditionalist, aren't you ! I mean, All in the Family and Sanford and Son are your favorite shows ?? You know, they've made some pretty good t.v. series since then !

I never did get into MASH. My favorites are All in the Family and Sanford & Son.

MASH never piqued my interest before, but it's become one of my all-time favorites.

He's easing me into All in the Family. I have to trust that Archie is a decent enough guy underneath that bigoted exterior. It's hard for me to get past that outer layer, but I'm trying. Sanford and Son is great..."I'm coming Elizabeth!"

I was raised on Andy Griffith. It's my, "They don't make TV like this anymore," show. I've seen every episode a dozen times, I think.

He really is. Also, if you watch from the beginning, they tone down his rhetoric quite a bit as the series progresses.

Andy Griffith is actually pretty funny. It's a lot fibber than people give it credit for. Barney is really hilarious sometimes.

Yeah, I've seen every one of them at least twice. It's been years, though. I might have to watch them all again.

My old cable provider didn't have it, but the one I got now has MeTv on it.
It has all the old time sitcoms on it. Actually it has around three channels like that, that blow TVLand out of the water.
