In October of 2016, three men were arrested for planning acts of terrorism within the U.S. All three men were sentenced to at least 25 years in prison.
All three were attempting to bomb an apartment complex and religious institution solely because of the people living there. In addition, the three men had contemplated killing elected officials and select members of the Christian community who worked with the people at the apartment complex.
All three men were members of a militia group and were white, part of a growing trend in the last few years of U.S. citizens committing, or attempting to commit, acts of terrorism within the U.S. So while the con artist is worried about "prayer rugs" or illegals in general while he's hiring them at his failing golf courses, these groups continue to commit more acts of terrorism than any foreign group or people from any one country.

It should be noted the con artist has cut funding for programs designed to counter right-wing groups such as militias, white supremacists and the like, the ones he didn't call out after the events in Charlottesville saying there were good people on both sides. Even after one of his disgruntled former supporters went on a rampage in Pittsburgh and slaughtered eleven people simply because of their religion, the con artist refuses to acknowledge the largest threat to violence in this country and continues to let these people come in without any prohibitions.

“The defendants in this case acted with clear premeditation in an attempt to kill innocent people on the basis of their religion and national origin,” Matthew G. Whitaker, the acting United States attorney general, said in a statement.
