Your PM mailbox is full.
I'd suggest emptying each of the three folders, Incoming/Sent and Tracking using the box on the upper left side "From:" and do each folder "From: the beginning" in the drop down menu to get rid of all of the PM's even the older ones that are hidden out of sight by the program.
