It is an excellent way to remain flexible, Purfecthost. Even at almost 50 years of age, I can bend and stretch into some REALLY fun positions.

My little kitty was pressed pretty hard into the mat. You would not have been able to reach it unless you had a really tiny head or a really long tongue...I suspect the latter.
