In the past I have used old hosiery to wrap and bind and also cut small holes to squeeze through...
My favorite thing right now is an old bikini top which has straps that cross in the back. I put it on backwards and then loop the straps through again (under my arms) from the front and back over my shoulders...it becomes exquisite.

I saw this thread and all I could think of was "ouch!" my nipples are way too sensitive... I don't think I could tolerate anything more than sucking and the light pinch.

Yes indeedy! I used to claim "too sensitive" until Master convinced me I had no idea what I was talking about.
He worked me up from slaps and squeezes and light clamps to canes, hot wax, needles, flogging and then he tricked me into having my left nipple pierced! (Sneaky, sneaky man.) I have used old silk ties for this purpose and they seemed pretty secure. Being wider and silk, they could go pretty tight without undo stress on the lady. Very hot to see her breasts swell and redden.

Several years ago, when we were still in a mostly-online/sometime visits relationship, we shared a lot of pix with each other.
