Breast bondage. Serious breast bondage, not just "oh, this rope bra is pretty" or whatever. Tie boobs up tightly. If you can possibly attach a clamp anywhere, they aren't tight enough. Tie hands behind back (or just hold them there if you're doing this by yourself). Lay facedown on any lie-able surface. Instant "ow, goddammit!"

Extra "ow, goddammit!" if you're lying on the floor instead of the bed (bed gives; floor doesn't) and a certain Owner person decides then to use your back as a fucking chair.

If you have somewhere to attach ropes over your head (such as the hook my Owner people have in the ceiling in their bedroom), having your bound breasts tied to the ceiling, short enough that you have to stand on tiptoe is good. Once your legs give out from holding you up, it's less than pleasant to have to stand flat-footed with the ropes pulling your boobs up. This requires supervision, though.

Then, there's the reverse of that, which is much worse. Lie on back. Bend knees and bring legs fairly close to chest. Tie bound breasts to knees. Sit up. It takes about a minute for this to get fucking excruciating.

About the only impact play I get into is punching. It's extra good on the breasts. A pretty bad idea to do while they're bound, though.

Some people tie nipples, but we can't get it to work with mine because they won't stay hard long enough.

Nipple clamps in various shapes or forms. Even clothespins can be vicious if you know how to do them. Apply one clothespin to the nipple, then attach a second one onto the first one, so that the second one is clamping the first tighter. (Hard to explain in text, but I don't have a pic.) The closer you move the second clothespin toward the nipple, the more it hurts.

My personal favorite as far as store-bought clamps go are forceps. They pinch tighter with the rubber things in them, but tend to draw blood without them. Hot either way.

Needles are nice, for breasts or nipples or both.

I'm sure I could think of more, but I'm awfully tired right now. That's not to say I've never enjoyed having my tits caned, but it's rare that I like or want it. I've always thought automatically defaulting to "spanking" anytime any sort of torture is mentioned shows a lack of creativity. If you like it, you like it, but folks seem to assume that everyone does, and that's just not the case.
