Hi, this is my first time posting...

If she's even a little into bondage you can try something I do. My wife has large breasts and nipples, so this may not work for your woman, but it should.

I currently use a small, thin rope (like a shoestring in width, round) looped with a clamp to secure the loop around the nipple, like a noose but easier to remove in a hurry (SAFETY FIRST! =p). I can adjust the length of rope between the two loops, so I can have it perfect to close her breasts together, by tugging the nipples closer together.
