Varies from woman to woman, it also depends on the content, For tattoos that would be seen while wearing clothes, the nape of the neck would be the most seductive. the Others are just fun surprises to find.

It all depends what the tat is too. A small and sensual one looks nice on the top of the breast, or on the inner thigh. They are the playful ones. A large one on her back is more artistic. My opinion.
