It's 10:04 on Thursday night in my part of the world.

Most of my roommates have left on vacation so the house is quiet, I'm actually sleeping with my door open so air will circulate in this crazy heat. I don't want to cook like a little caramel brownie in my bed.

Life has been so stressful lately and I just want it to slow down for a minute. So I can clear my head and figure out my next steps. There are so many things in this world I want to do, but I need to take my first steps in accomplishing them. But I'm finally feeling better after this long ass week.

Tomorrow is the 4th of July BBQ at work and I bought the cutest little headband to wear, I'll have to show you guys when I get ready! And then I might have to make a lake trip in this heat. How is everyone? Hopefully having awesome plans this weekend!

Sunday afternoon on the third of July.

I spent all of Saturday out on the lake, had an incredible time. The water was AMAZING. But I did get a bit of a sunburn and I'm not a huge fan of tan lines.
So I'm trying to sort that out right now with some topless tanning in my backyard
