This summer has been a bit warm. It hit 90°F during the day time for the first time about mid June. It hasn't gone below that during the day since. In fact we've been averaging 95°F+ with fairly high humidity ever since.
Naturaly soon after the higher temps hit the Park decided it just had to start working on the swimming pool. We're talking major work being done on the pool. When I asked in the front office about this I was told this was scheduled maintanence. (Talk about timing right?)
This morning I was down in the front office asking about something else and I mentioned the work on the pool, I was curious about when it would be done. I was informed that the crew working on it had been pulled off that job to help install several new trailers coming in to keep up with the demands of new cutomers but that the pool should be finished by late September.
Here's what it looks like right now.

This afternoon I took a stroll around the park and started counting trailers for sale. Hmmmm, the demand must truly be up. In a park with 144 units I counted 43 units with for sale signs in their windows.
