I think it's about time that we plan a party for all of us (I am talking Girls and Guys) in the eastern PA, Del, and So. NJ region. I am thinking something relaxed, maybe at someone's home or a hotel. There are lots of things that we can do and I think we need to discuss the details. After 40 posts or so we need to set a date, and then we need to do it.

I had PMed BigEd about advice about setting up a Lit-together,
as I am a "veteran" of going to them in CT/New England & NYC.

So I will reprint what I wrote here:

was just passing thru the personals section and saw your post about
a get together for PA, Del, and Southern NJ.............

I think its great....however, I think to attract more people and to also
make people feel more comfortable, the get together should be at a
restaurant (which is what we over on the NYC thread have done a few
times).....a neutral spot. And then from there, people could do whatever.

At the get togethers that I've been to w/ other Lit members in the NYC
area, the idea is just getting together and having fun....no sex........though
there is a lot of flirting and such What people do after the initial "meet-up"
at dinner is up to them.........that's when going to a club (as in your example,
a strip club) or bar, or back to someone's hotel room to talk, play Truth or
Dare, whatever. No one should be pressured into anything that they don't
want to do, which is the case for all the gatherings that I've been to.

Feel free to take my advice or not, its entirely up to you. I've been down
that path of being at Lit-togethers and through my experience, have enjoyed
my evening out w/ people whom I converse with here on Lit

Hi Guys

I have been to a couple of LIT party's around 10 of us came.
"angel of sex" Daisyangel " and one sexy lady. we met in lakehuarst at Al's bar. and we had a great time.
What I believe would have made it better would be if you made it couple's only, that way you dont have 7 men and 3 woman. and no place to go after. lets face it after a few drinks, and we get to know each other a little better, SEX is next on the list, LOL
A great party would be at someone's place, Couple's only and every one chip in for food and drinks. I know it sounds like a swingers party, and that sounds like the reason they have them.
I have never been to one, but it sounds like a great time.
dont get me wrong, LIT party's are fun, but a house party with couple's would be the way to go. so if we could find a house and around 10 coupel's some food and drink, and even an XXX rated tape to help the guys a little, and maybe a few VIAGRA also to help the guys a little, Shit dont these woman need any help at all, maybe thats why its hard to get them to show for these things. I just read the idea of "couples only".......that would be
excluding a lot people who would like to go to the get together.

At the get togethers I've been to (NYC or CT/New England),
everyone there was a member of Lit......most of us are
single, though there were a few persons who are married
that attended (w/out their spouse), and things are cool
