When my cock is fully hard my foreskin is to tight and i cant pull it all the way back . WHen it is soft i can pull it back with no problem.

nothing's wrong. You just have tight foreskin. If it hurts, lubricate it. If it continues to hurt, see a doctor.

Not that I'm any expert, but you may want to consider circumscision. I know some people on Lit here would disagree, many of them more el naturel mindsets and all. But having the foreskinned removed can have many ups. Less chance of infection, nothing getting in the way, etc. I dunno, it is entirely up to you. Best bet is to consult your doctor for options if your not content with the way it is now.
