Okay, I'll bite

How did it happen? My husband and I created a profile on AdultFriendFinder. I know that site is mostly a scam, but the free membership worked for us because we were looking for men, and they're a dime a dozen on AFF.

Well...alright...if we're adding to a book titled as such, I would say this:

For the Guys:

1.) Don't pressure, push or otherwise whine about it to your wife/girlfriend/lover/fiance`. Have some balls, mention it's appeal once and, unless she asks again, let it go. Remeber when you forgot the outfit she was wearing when you first met? Yeah, she didn't. Rely on that memory and just wait for it. If you chose an open-minded girlfriend/etc, it'll happen eventually. Be patient.
