I would say MFM (all straight). In my limited experience, the woman's pleasure is the focus.

The only other scenario I would consider is adding a Bi female. The focus would still be on the woman, and less pressure of making sure neither woman was neglected.
 
Dudes don't do anything for me so this one would be a waste if he thinking of involving me up close and personal...

We have done the MFM a few times and the FMF a few times. All in all we have enjoyed them. The wife loves the FMF, as she really feels more satisfied, as she puts it - a woman really knows how to treat another woman.
 
ost any combination would work for me. We have done MFM and my wife has a preference for women, so there is not a combination that would be out of range.

I’ve had a few and I can do without. I’ve never had one that was really successful. My first one was very VERY exciting. It was over for me quick. The second one all partners were not mutually interested in each other. Girl 1 was interested in girl 2 and girl 2 was interested in me. In my experience the MFM option where both guys are focussed on pleasuring the woman is the best 3'sum grouping. The two guys don't have to be bi but they do have to be able to cope with some incidental male on male contact for it to be totally effective. I've experienced guys who freak out if you come in contact with their cock, not good for the pleasurable outcome of the event.
 
My choice would be to have a bi woman join us.

FFM and MMF are both partly bisexual threesomes as the middle acronym is widely acknowledged to be the main focus of the attentions of the others. A MMF threesome is therefore totally different to a MFM threesome.
 
Bi-MMF all the way and for a whole damn weekend, not just a night or a few hours. Make it a event. I only wish.
