System: Ashford
Time/Date: 4:41 PM, Octo 26 412 A.E.
Location: Crew deck of Imperial Light Cruiser Pulsar, 3,124.08 KM from Saffira Brilhante warp point termini
IC: Omar Ahmed Anderson
"You're lucky Sensor tech Motombo was on duty and covered your tracks for you," Omar told Mr. Gordenson, "He's one of us still loyal to the Admiral and the Captain."
They were in the crew decks of the light cruiser. It was the perfect place to hide Jon. Here he'd blend in with all the rest of the crewmen off duty as they rested between duty shifts. He'd be just another pilot in a sea of them.
"We're still working on a way to get you off this ship, though," He conceded, "The problem is that there's not enough of us left and we can't trust anyone else...there's too many people just willing to go along with whatever someone in power tells them is the truth."
Then the lights flashed red.
He glanced back at Gordenson. "Well they found those two techs I drugged, but if its security alert: one then they haven't realized I'm involved. They just think you're loose somewhere on the ship."
His comm buzzed at his hip. It was Omar's superior officer. She wanted him to report to duty in the security office to help coordinate the search for the intruder.
"Over here," He went over to an access panel on the side of the corridor they were in. "Get in...it'll be some time before they check the Jefferies' tubes. I'll try and cover your tracks the best I can from inside the security office."
